NewHire Tech Session Satisfaction Survey
A weekly report that displayed immeasurable feedback from new hires to company A. This was one of my junior projects I started with in 2023.
The report connected to an excel sheet on SharePoint and was fed by a MS Form.
Newhire Statistic Report
A weekly report that I created in 2024 to display multiple different aspects of new hire tech classes.
With this report, I learned advanced processes such as creating a hidden date tab that you can open and close seamlessly, saving space for more data on the main dashboard. It boasted a tab concept at the top that were bookmarks for specific date filters.
Company B used this to determine which hours of the day were the busiest, and ultimately got a member hired to fill in that spot.
Progress Report on Ticketing
A customized dashboard was created most recently with automatic date filters enabled. This provided upper management with a quick, convenient glance at our ticketing data and key trends.
In this dashboard, I began by creating a datetable and then integrated Azure Databricks with the ticketing database through careful data modeling and configuration.
