NewHire Tech Session Satisfaction Survey
A weekly report that displayed immeasurable feedback from new hires to company A. This was one of my junior projects I started with in 2023.
The report connected to an excel sheet on SharePoint and was fed by a MS Form.
Newhire Statistic Report
A weekly report that I created in 2024 to display multiple different aspects of new hire tech classes.
With this report, I learned advanced processes such as creating a hidden date tab that you can open and close seamlessly, saving space for more data on the main dashboard. It boasted a tab concept at the top that were bookmarks for specific date filters.
Company B used this to determine which hours of the day were the busiest, and ultimately got a member hired to fill in that spot.
Progress Report on Ticketing
A customized dashboard was created recently with automatic date filters enabled. This provided upper management with a quick, convenient glance at our ticketing data and key trends.
In this dashboard, I began by creating a datetable and then integrated Azure Databricks with the ticketing database through careful data modeling and configuration.

The project began with data wrangling and preparation, which was one of the most important parts of the process. Clean, reliable data made it possible to build a dashboard that is both accurate and easy to use for day-to-day decision-making.
